Our team is built around specializations.  We have people that specialize in their trade, hence you will get the result you want.  Our goal is to be the best at our craft and pass every inspection that comes our way.  We are comprised of carpenters, plumbers, electricians, painters, flooring installed, roofers, drywallers, and many more partners.  There is no job that we can't handle.  

The President

Martin Arteaga is the President of Green Building Partners.  Under his leadership GBP has become a household name in the real estate community, dealing with real estate investors, remodeling home loans, and insurance claims.  He has a BA from DePaul University and has many major projects under his belt such as The UIC South Campus Development/ University Village Project, CTA Brownline Expansion, Chicago Public Schools,  Roosevelt Square Development, amongst many residential projects.
